Located down a hidden laneway just off Oberoi Street, Villa Ottavia is in the heart of Bali's trendy Seminyak district. An eclectic array of wining, dining and shopping alternatives is just a short walk away.

Villa Ottavia is a strategic base from which to explore the island's cultural sights. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive for a leisurely day in the surf topped off by an amazing sunset. Ngurah Rai International Airport is just a 20 minute journey by car.

Tropical Living
Villa Ottavia's main living area is an open space bathed in natural sunlight with an elevated roof in white washed timber and classic hand-painted floor tiles. It incorporates sections for sitting and dining as well as a galley with an island to prepare drinks.

The modern kitchen is a cleverly concealed facility featuring a handy service window. It is well equipped with all necessary appliances and tableware for guests who prefer to take care of their own culinary needs or host a small group of friends for dinner.

An air-conditioned entertainment room provides a cosy space to watch television or curl up in comfort with a book. It is a calming space that balances a decor of white walls and timber furnishings with French doors orientated towards the pool.

Bedroom Privacy
Two downstairs bedrooms have been designed as restful havens with canopied beds fitted with crisp linen. Sensual pieces of art adorn the walls adding a splash of colour to a predominantly white backdrop. Each en-suite bathroom is a simple facility with a shower recess.

A generous sized swimming pool is the focal point of the garden. It features a pair of reclining sun-lounges that are sunken for optimal comfort to beat the heat of the day. More conventional sun-beds are also set up at the far end of the pool.

High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 30 and Easter Week.
Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 22 - January 5 and Chinese New Year.
Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
