Villa Melati is located in the center of the trendy expat area Bali’s, Seminyak. Just off the famous Oberoi Street, walking distance to Seminyak’s Beach and famous KuDeTa and within a 5 minutes radius from the top-5 Restaurants, Lounges and Bar Venues in Bali.

The Modern tropical designed house sleeps up to 6 persons with.500m2 Property, 200m2 built up area - main house and the Joglo styled recycled-teak guesthouse, all surrounded by lush tropical gardens,.8x3 m pool, Sun-deck with sun loungers, shaded modern Gazebo 220x220 cm2.

2 persons of daily staff that can do running errands, grocery shopping, cooking and taking care of the villa, doing laundry, baby-sitting service (additional charge at night).

The villa has 3 double-bedded rooms, each with en-suite semi-outdoor bathroom (adjacent garden space), complimented with special shower and spa products.

Each bedroom has 200x200 King-Size Natural Latex orthopedic mattresses, Micro fiber Duvet blankets for extra comfort, Air-conditioning system with 8 filters and air cleaning, Satellite TV 32" and DVD player, Safety boxes.
