Seminyak is Bali's veritable playground for wining, dining and after dark hot spots. The streets are lined with hip boutiques and lifestyle stores. It is just a 5 minute journey to Blue Ocean Beach while Ngurah Rai International Airport is 20 minutes by car.

Tropical Simplicity
Structurally, Villa Alia is an unassuming L-shaped design that overlooks the pool and blends seamlessly into the outdoors. It is the sheer simplicity and carefree ambience of this villa that creates a lasting impression.

The living environment is an open-plan pavilion with an elevated rooftop and exposed beams in whitewashed timber. It features a smart European kitchen and dining setting at one end along with a cosy lounge and entertainment area at the other.

Villa Alia is filled with unique pieces of artistry and treasures sourced from exotic travels around South East Asia. Hand-painted floor tiles in warm shades of colour featured throughout the villa add an aesthetic touch to this inspiring holiday hideaway.

Serene Sleeping Quarters
The master bedroom evokes nights of restful slumber with its eclectic decor that brings together black & white prints, distressed furnishings and modern light fixtures. A double sized bed draped in a silk comforter is positioned beneath a crisp mosquito net.

The en-suite bathroom is an indulging niche for spa-styled bathing rituals. A free standing bathtub and rain shower are complemented by Buddha effigies and other decorative artefacts.

The second bedroom is slightly smaller in size with a canopied bed, pre-loved decor and an old fashioned dressing table. The en-suite bathroom facility is the essence of old-world charm with its rustic vanities and shower recess.

Fun Outdoor Area
The entire swimming pool is enveloped by a faded timber deck with beanbags scattered around to provide extra outdoor seating. A low-rise loveseat is posited beneath a shady umbrella in a bamboo decorated corner of the garden for moments of relaxation.

High & Peak Season Periods
High season period: July 1 - 31, September 1 - 30 and Easter Week.
Peak season period: August 1 - 31, December 22 - January 5 and Chinese New Year.
