Villa Bali Bening

Villa Bali Bening is located in a prime area that showcases the views of the ocean and glorious Balinese sunsets. Sitting on an outdoor deck one can view the public beach walkway and those that pass by. Traditionally designed and with modern conveniences, this 3-bedroom villa is in a complex of three. This delightful villa rental will ensure that your time in Bali is enjoyed in a relaxing atmosphere.

Location
Approximately 25 minutes from the international airport, Villa Bali Bening is located at Jalan Pratama, Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua.

Situated next to the Conrad Hotel, the villa has both upmarket and numerous small eating establishments, spas and shops located within a short walk. The beach is only metres from the front gate and for those who love water sports you will be delighted, as this is just on the doorstep of this villa. A short drive will get you to the Bali Collection for a shopping excursion if you want a change of scenery.

Entry
The entry to Villa Bali Bening is via a gang and is surrounded by a grey stonewall. A security guard is on call if required. As one opens the front door, one gazes upon a tropical garden and views an uncover area and pathway that divides two buildings.

Living area
On entering the main building to the right of the entry, one-steps into the living space through an archway. The space is divided into two parts. To the left are two single chairs and a three-seater sofa. A coffee table is arranged in between the seating and on either side of the sofa are small tables with lamps. This communication zone is warm and welcoming with art pieces that grace the walls.

On the opposite side of the room is the TV area. Three single chairs and a two-seater sofa are positioned to maximize the view of the satellite TV/ DVD and stereo system. A coffee table and two side tables with lamps also are available to place your drink or provide ambient light. This room is air-conditioned and opens up via french doors to the outside swimming pool and living spaces.

Dining area and kitchen
The kitchen to the right of the main building entry is a dream and overlooks the dining area that is separated by a black marble bench. A large family sized fridge, oven with hot plates, refrigerated water dispenser, blender and sufficient crockery and cutlery for a six place setting are placed in the numerous cupboards within the kitchen. A guest toilet is tucked away in a recess as one enters the kitchen.

The dining room is air conditioned and well proportioned. In the middle of the room sits an antique table and 6 chairs with comfortable thick cushions to sit upon. This setting is elegant and reminiscent of the Dutch colonial era. French doors open onto the outside deck.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms all air-conditioned with security deposit boxes within. The master bedroom is located in the main building to the left of the entry. This large bedroom overlooks the pool, ocean and outside deck.

The master bedroom is swathed in whites and blues. White linen graces the queen size bed with blue scatter cushions. A blue floral picture sits above the wooden bed head and on either side of the bed are bedside tables with lamps. A TV is located in one corner and in the other, an antique writing desk. A well-proportioned wardrobe is just outside of the bathroom with its bath/shower, double basin and large mirror. This room has tiles both on the floor and all the way up the walls.

The other two bedrooms are slightly smaller and are located near the entrance to the villa. They are linked to the main building by an enclosed roof and wooden pathway. Both rooms share the same colour scheme with terracotta bed runner on white linen and cushions in a multi coloured brown, terracotta and burgundy tones. Wooden bedside tables with lamps and wardrobes are inside both these rooms. The second bedroom has a small bathroom with single shower, basin, large mirror and toilet. The third bedroom only has a toilet, basin and mirror and has a separate shower enclosed by a bamboo screen in the garden outside its door.

Swimming pool
The swimming pool is rectangular in shape. To the left are two sun lounges and a bench seat. To the right is an undercover bale with cushioned mats and backrest. A small tropical garden and grass area surrounds the pool and a low fence allows one to look over at the ocean beyond. Two wooden raised decks on either side of the house ensure that the view can be enjoyed in a comfortable setting. One deck is outside the dining area and has a rattan dining setting with small round table and 4 chairs. On the other deck, just outside the master bedroom are two comfortable white recliner chairs with yellow cushions and a small coffee table.
