Villa Sky House

Contemporary styled villa with panoramic views from the highest point of Jimbaran hills. Villa Sky House is minimalist in architecture and an elegantly decorated luxury villa, tucked into the contours of a scenic hillside on the highest point of the Bukit peninsula in Bali. It is blessed with the most outstanding wide angle views in Bali, stretching off into the distant horizon which is filled with beaches, towering volcanoes, offshore islands and the rich fertile plains of southern Bali. It’s like being on the top of the world.

Tropically modern in design, this spacious villa is adorned with a traditional Balinese doorway, koi-filled ponds, cosy furniture, a 10 metre swimming pool and a fully-equipped European kitchen. Perfectly suited for families or friends, the villa comes with private butler, daily cleaning staff, gardener, private chauffeur and 24/7 security guards.

But most of all you will never forget the unparalleled views from the roof-top Sky Lounge terrace with its rocking chairs and bale gazebo with cushions and pillows and sound system as well. It is a perfect place for morning yoga sessions or simply getting a suntan. Sunset is the time to enjoy a seafood barbeque or even a friendly dinner under the Bali skies, while being cooled by the ocean breeze as the lights of the island slowly switch on and Bali emerges into the silence of a tropical night.

Accomodation
Sky House can easily accommodate up to 6 people but due to the villa’s layout, we recommend it for one couple in the master suite and one couple with 2 children in the family suite. It consists of a bedroom and an entertainment room with folded sofa, transformable into the third double bed. An extra bed or baby cot is also available upon request. Both suites occupy the first floor of the villa which and every suite also has balcony. The stairway to the second floor and a roof top Sky Lounge terrace is beautifully decorated with a natural stone carving from Ramayana and Barong stories. There is also a tiny waterfall, colourful paintings from local artists and a 3 meter high ceiling lamp made of natural shells.

The master suite is an oversized room with floor to ceiling French doors, traditional wooden dome style ceiling and laminating floor. There is a 2x2 meter master bed, an armchair with ottoman and reading lamp, and a 47’’ flat screen TV with home theatre sound system and an en-suite bathroom connected to spacious walk-in cabinet. The family suite is suitable for a family with two kids to sleep in the two connected rooms (one bedroom and one media room) with shared entrance, bathroom and balcony.

There are comfortable King Koil mattresses on every double bed adorned with quality natural cotton linen and two pillows for every guest.

Bathrobes, soft towels, hair dryers and toiletries are provided in all bathrooms. Our fragrances of shampoo, shower gel and bath foam were specially created for villa Sky House – they are nice, fresh and with exotic flower’s accents.

There is safe deposit box installed in every wardrobe.

Villa Facilities
Villa Sky House provides a true sense of place in Bali with many touches of island life wrapped up in all the creature comforts of modern living. Comfortable furnishings, fish ponds, antique Balinese doors, ‘King Koil’ mattresses, a fully-equipped European kitchen, swimming pool, great outdoor areas and all surrounded by those outstanding views are designed to make your stay a perfect one.

Spacious open plan living room occupies the ground floor of the villa. It has European style kitchen area fully equipped with stove, gas oven, microwave, double door fridge and washing machine. Solid wood dining table with 6 rattan armchairs placed in front of panoramic windows overlooking surrounding landscapes. Sliding doors facing to 10*4m swimming pool surrounded by tiny garden and also by pool deck and pool side lounge with build in sofas. Big luxury sofa stands in front of 46’’ flat screen TV with home theatre sound system and finalize this idyllic living space. Beside of bamboo wall with green leaves you will find guest toilet and shower, hidden behind of Balinese style wooden doors with golden carving.

Entertainment or media room that is a part of family suite is one of the most interesting places in the villa. It is equipped with media centre with hi definition LED TV and hi-end JBL sound system, library with good selection of books and some design albums, individually designed teak wood coffee table and TV console. Library cabinet is the real antique gem founded somewhere in Jawa then carefully restored. Finally bean bags is just another good edition to let all family stay together and enjoy moving-picture show in home cinema or playing one of table games you can find in the library.

Location
Sky House is located only a stone’s throw from the island’s most beautiful beaches with five star hotels and restaurants. Within 20 minutes are two championship golf courses, water sport centres, shopping arcade in Nusa Dua, countless spas and luxury hotel’s beach clubs. It is about another 20 minutes driving distance from the airport.

All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
- Airport pick-up service upon arrival
